Mobile Maintenance Execution Coordinator - Hunter Valley

A new role has arisen as a Mobile Maintenance Execution Coordinator
reporting to the Mobile Superintendent.
As the Mobile Maintenance Execution Coordinator you will be responsible
for ensuring maintenance activities are safely executed against schedules,
plans, and specified standards.
Key Responsibilities
·
Liaise between production,
planning, execution and analysis and improvement to ensure maintenance
activities are executed efficiently and to work management requirements;

Participate in the weekly
pre-planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of
resources to the work schedule;
·
Provide input into the
development of maintenance work strategies through Analysis and Improvement;
·
Coordinate the planning and
execution of unplanned work and the re-scheduling of existing work orders;
·
Manage resources (internal and
contractors) to ensure tasks are adequately resourced;
·
Conduct regular compliance checks
to ensure adherence to 1SAP processes;
·
Manage and review events and
ensure that escalation protocols are complied with;
·
Review work execution performance, identify
gaps and take corrective action as necessary to improve performance;
·
Guide and coach individual team
members in order to build a high performing team;
·
Provide support to the Mobile
Maintenance Superintendent.
The successful candidate will have a trade qualification with experience in
leading and planning maintenance activities and knowledge of maintaining mining
equipment. Strong communication and
stakeholder engagement skills are also essential for this role.
