processing, logistics and shipping on Groote Eylandt.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with construction experience
to lead and manage the Project Delivery function for Manganese Australia's
Gemco operation. Reporting to the Head
of Projects, this role will see you leading a team of approximately 20 staff
and managing up to 4-5 large Contracting Partners with approximately 150
personnel from varying disciplines. You will be responsible for managing a
portfolio of small and medium sized projects totalling approximately
AUD$80-100M per annum.
You will be motivated by challenge and possess a strong desire to achieve
success within a unique environment. Managing and successfully integrating a
very diverse portfolio of projects, within a strong brownfield
environment, you will enthuse and lead
your team to success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that all projects are
executed with the highest commitment to Sustainability
All aspects of Project
Management, including budgets, forecasting accuracy, risk management, supplier
and contractor relations, delivering projects according to plan
Reviewing and endorsing project
definition documents
Providing leadership and driving
a high performing, values based team culture
To be successful in this role you must have:
Tertiary Qualifications
Significant experience in
managing large, complex projects
Stand-out leadership and
relationship building skills
Proven history of delivering
across a wide project portfolio
