Essential Criteria for this role include:
- Weekly reporting of all sales business unit deliverables
- Provide mentoring, training, guidance and support to individual sales staff to achieve their KPIs
- Motivate both individuals and teams, to shape and implement business requirements
- Cultivate a customer focus culture
- Facilitate regular team meetings and chair workshops
- Commitment to quality, efficiency and delivering projects and tasks on time
You will be able to demonstrate the follow skills and attributes:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experienced in start-up software business
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment
- Experience in managing sales and operations staff in start-up divisions
- Proven time management and prioritization skills.
- Advance verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse audience
- Skills with clients to resolve customer issues and foster closer client relationships
